The Office of Education Through Employment Pathways (ETEP) launched in fall 2023 and aims to produce actionable insights to support DC residents on their journey to economic mobility and prosperity through the development of the Education Through Employment (ETE) Data System. This report captures what the Office has accomplished in its first year across four key bodies of its work - research, governance, engagement, and technology.
