The third meeting for the Office of Education Through Employment Pathways (ETEP) Policy Board was held on July 17, 2025, via Microsoft Teams Webinar. The appointed Policy Board Chair, Deputy Mayor Paul Kihn, called the meeting to order at 10:00 am and noted that a quorum was present.
